Nice to meet you! We’d like to tell you a little something about our journey before getting started. RESULTS is a project created by Growth DNA, an Austrian-based Growth Hacking & Data Driven Marketing Company.
We’ve been working with a large number of survey softwares such as Survey Monkey, Typeform and Google Forms for years in order to get more quantitative and qualitative user information and optimise products and homepages. Apart from many individual problems, we’ve realised that all these tools have one major disadvantage: the users are not interested in answering surveys or evaluations on customer satisfaction. And let’s be honest, filling out random surveys is not exactly an exciting activity! This is mainly due to the fact that the users cannot generate added value for themselves and the surveys actually take up time resources.
Many companies try to convince users to take part in a survey by organising online lotteries and sweepstakes, but this approach can lead to distorted results since only a specific customer segment reacts to such incentives.
However, a data-driven approach for product development, marketing optimisation or political and social programs is essential and mistakes in data collection can cost millions. Moreover, the world’s fastest growing companies, such as Uber and Tesla, show how Big Data and the correct interpretation and use of data can be an incredible competitive advantage. For this reason, the generation of user data is essential for companies to gain this competitive advantage.
Our strongest assets
We want to solve the problem of classic surveys by enabling a company to advertise the donation of a small amount of money to charity for each completed user survey.Our internal research has proven that a charitable donation can increase the interaction rate with surveys significantly. Furthermore, RSLTS can be used as an excellent marketing tool for companies that want to underline their corporate social responsibility.
Consequently, companies can take data-driven decisions based on user feedback, creating a significant competitive advantage for themselves. This approach enables RSLTS to be used as a marketing tool for a target group that is paying more and more attention to the social commitment of companies, but we will tell you more about this topic in our second blog post.
Also, the open architecture of RSLTS should enable companies to use user feedback and data in all areas. We aim at developing a survey software that can be implemented in almost any other tool based on a simple and open API (application programming interface), making data universally available to every department of the company.
